What you will do

  • Based in Zollikofen, you process orders from order intake to delivery, invoices and monitoring of incoming payments
  • Trigger order confirmations to customers
  • Monitor delivery deadlines
  • Prepare the necessary export documents
  • Administrative support for the customers and Area Sales Managers
  • Correspondence in English (Email, Phone, etc…)
  • Organise trips as well as internal and external meetings
  • Prepare sales documentation
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and enthusiasm for what you do


What we require

  • Commercial vocational training, business school or bachelor degree
  • Experience in order administration and export
  • Very good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German, any other language is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP
  • Confident manner and assertiveness combined with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level and in different cultures
  • Personal responsibility, willingness to learn and change, quality and diligence
  • Pronounced customer and service orientation
