What you achieve

  • Technical support (second level support / trouble shooting) and technical product training in the area of fire detection technology in Zollikofen/BE and on site
  • Primary contact person for the 2nd level support of our branch office in Kuala Lumpur
  • Expert in after sales support for our long-term partners for aspirating smoke detectors
  • Responsible for country specific product certifications of aspirating smoke detectors
  • Preparation of technical offers for fire detection & special fire detection systems
  • Partner and customer support on every step of the project, from the offer creation to the after sales
  • You ensure the expertise and application knowhow of our sales partners

What we require

  • Higher electrotechnical education, ideally with an additional degree in telematics or IT
  • Excellent oral and written English skills and fluent in Malaysian language
  • At least 10 years of experience in the fire alarm industry
  • Excellent knowledge for aspirating smoke detectors
  • Deep knowledge of EN-54 and NFPA regulations
  • A quick perception and a high degree of independence
  • IT affinity and knowledge of the MS365 product range
