What you achieve
- Technical support (second level support / trouble shooting) and technical product training in the area of fire detection technology in Zollikofen/BE and on site (primarily Europe)
- Preparation of technical offers in the assigned product range
- Partner- and Customer support on every phase of the project, from the offer creation to the after sales
- You ensure the expertise and application knowhow with our sales partners
What we require
- Electrotechnical education, ideally with an additional degree in telematics or IT
- Oral and written English skills, some knowledge of German preferably
- A quick perception and a high degree of independence
